Patch Notes January 25th

We're issuing a patch today and these are the patch notes for it:
  • Fixed mouse 'input lag'
  • Added in-game indicators for members of your own Clan, members of Allied Clans and members of Enemy Clans.
  • Fixed a bug which caused a boosted attribute in the paperdoll not to display correctly when you had purchased another booster.
  • Added monster rank names in monster spawn tooltips
  • Fixed a bug where items in the quickbar did not show up when starting the game
  • Fixed a bug where when the user had 2 or more items of the same type stored in the quickbar, moving any of those items to/from the backpack or within the backpack changed the order of how those items were stored.
  • Fixed a bug where the name of a bag wouldn't show properly when double clicked in the organization bar.
  • Added slow fadeout to targeting
  • Made aiming reticle not visible in GUI mode
  • Only progress bars are visible from the HUD when in GUI mode
  • Fixed 'close' text in headers when bags are opened from the organization bar.
  • Added horizontal scroll bars to containers
  • Fixed a bug where the icons of the political map were only shown the very first time it was opened.
  • After whispering to a player, chat is automatically set to resend that player another whisper.
  • Chat settings for font size & timestamps are now persistent
  • Clan & clan alliance chat tabs are now enabled correctly if player is a clan member or ally
  • Pressing ESC once while chat input is focused now switches to game mode regardless of the active mode.
  • System messages are now persistent
  • Chat channel visibility is now persistent
  • Fix for mercenary contract counter-offer: "send counter offer" button not highlighting appropriately
  • Fix for mercenary contracts (generated through counter offer) not expiring properly at the end of the challenge when not accepted/rejected/ or withdrawn.
  • Fix for mercenary contract wager percentage rounding issues causing decimal places to be displayed (e.g. 50%, instead of 49.999999%)
  • Added notifications to inform a player when they've been added to (or removed from) a clan's allowed-to-bind list
  • Fix for players allowed-to-bind or already bound, being kicked from the bind-stone if they join the owner clan
  • Fix for guard towers incorrectly attacking an allowed-to-bind player when a valid target enters the tower's range
  • Fix for clan buffs appearing under break fall skill
  • Added new icons for Selentine, Veilron, Neithal, Leenspar, Theyril chest keys
  • Increased refill timers of these racks:
    • Armor Rack : Refill timers doubled
    • Weapon Rack : Refill timers doubled
    • Resource Stash : Refill timers tripled
    • Barrel of Fish : Refill timers tripled
  • Added special effects to the following skills:
    • Bindstone Recall
    • House Recall
    • Teleport Anchor
    • Teleport
  • Added scrollbar to input bindings
  • Fixed hair color in some beard shaders
  • Terrain fixes in Otredale
  • Fixes to Troll Spawn in Urranyr
  • Fixed flying objects in Scarbourne
  • Fixed the lights in the swamp at Bel Melek
  • Changed the depth of the swamp in Hardruk
  • Fixes to the layout and props of Hardruk.
  • Removed stamina bonus from Light spell
  • +127% effect on Heal Self for new players
  • +75% effect on Heal Mount for new players
  • +224% effect on Unburden for new players
  • Changes in transfer spells:
  • Max -23% effect on Health to Mana (Min effect unchanged)
  • Max -23% effect on Mana to Stamina (Min effect unchanged)
  • Max -23% effect on Stamina to Health (Min effect unchanged)
  • Archery Skill gains increased by +186%
  • Archery Mastery increased by +281%
  • Added Alchemy Recipe for making empty bottles (Requires Alchemy level 1)
  • Increased Brawlers Efficiency's effect by 100% and decreased cost by 50%.
  • By consequence:
    • Increased cost of Dash by 20%
    • Increased cost of Leap by 25%
    • Increased cost of Evade by 33%
    • Increased cost of Heightened Reflexes by 15%
  • Added new music to the beginning of the tutorial area.
  • New “success” sound for when completing a step in the tutorial area.
  • Tutorial window comes into focus on task change.
  • Mounts can no longer be harmed while they are in a protected area.
  • Fix for players getting stuck after using a teleport chamber.
  • Fix for party modifiers visibility for new members.
  • Some slight changes for item tooltips related to requirements.
  • Added new GUI sounds for: Picking up, placing, or deleting an item.
  • Added sound to whisper notifications.
  • Revive now has new SFX and sound.
  • Fixed a resource leak that would eventually crash the client.
  • New sounds for:
    • Common school charging
    • Evade
    • Dash
    • Maelstrom
    • Pulverize
    • Fireball
    • Dragonbreath
    • Brawler Charging
    • Deadeye Charging
    • Explosive arrow
    • Heal mount
    • Shield block.
  • Multiple tweaks to improve performance(We are still running in debug mode)
  • Skill level limits in protected areas as of now:
    • Archery / Weapon Swings Masteries, Parry: 1
    • Common Skills: 25
    • Harvesting Skills: 50
    • Disabling blow / Disabling Shot : 1
    • Warrior skills : 25
    • Mount Attack : 25
    • Siege Hammer: 25
    • Skirmisher skills: 25
    • Elementalist skills: 25
    • Crafting and Crafting Masteries: Unlimited
  • Added new clan permissions for gate control of holdings
  • Added Clan Holding gate-control policy settings
  • Map markers now visible (in the 'clan' category) for owned holdings and captured village control-points. These are only visible to clan members
  • Fixed incorrect notification being displayed when a player without a clan entered or left a holding.
  • Added dynamic update of Clan name (in holding citizens' list) if a citizen joins/leaves/changes Clan.
  • Fix for "Ally" and "Enemy" Clan name coloring being lost after server restart (though actual stance remained).
